Debbie Bachman

Debbie Bachman has extensive experience in planning, data management, and program compliance, currently serving as the Director of Planning and Data at the Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency since February 2017. Prior roles at the agency include Program Planning and Data Manager, Planning and Data Coordinator, Professional Development Trainer, and Quality Monitor. Prior to this, Debbie worked as a Job Coach for Project SEARCH at Xavier University from January 2015 to February 2017, and as the ECE Program Compliance Coordinator at Cincinnati Union Bethel from August 2009 to July 2014. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University (2006-2008) and an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati (1983-1985).
