Melissa Allen has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Melissa serves in the Human Resources department at the Cincinnati Museum Center since April 2021. Melissa has also held the position of CEO at Industrial Packaging Group LLC since January 2010. Prior to these roles, Melissa was HR Manager at SP+ (SP Plus) from March 2019 to April 2021, overseeing the HR division for CVG International Airport Parking and Shuttle Operations. Furthermore, Melissa served as a Federal Officer at the Department of Homeland Security for a brief period in 2018. Educationally, Melissa possesses a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Kent State University, which was attained between 1985 and 1989, and is a graduate of the FLETC Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy in 2018.
