Jane Hulburt

Jane Hulburt has a diverse work experience in the opera industry. Jane currently serves as the Director of Artistic Operations at Cincinnati Opera since September 2022. Before that, they were the Artistic Administrator at Cincinnati Opera from February 2018 to August 2022. In 2017, they worked briefly as the Festival Company Manager at Opera Philadelphia. From 2012 to 2017, they held roles at Chicago Opera Theater, including Manager of Artistic Operations from July 2015 to May 2017 and Artistic Coordinator from January 2012 to July 2015. Additionally, they have been running their own business as a Private Piano and Voice Teacher at Jane Hulburt Private Lessons since August 2010.

Jane Hulburt's education history begins in 2001 when they attended Appleton East High School. Jane completed their high school education at this institution in the year 2005. Following that, from 2005 to 2009, Jane pursued their Bachelor's degree at Lawrence University. During their undergraduate studies, they focused on Piano and German as their fields of study. More recently, from 2021 to 2024, Jane enrolled in the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
