Kristen Clatos Riggins has extensive experience in the field of parks and recreation, currently serving as a Supervising Parks and Recreation Coordinator: Business Operations at the Cincinnati Recreation Commission since September 2007. Kristen's roles have included overseeing Therapeutic Recreation and Inclusive services, with responsibilities in personnel management, program development, and community needs assessment. Previous positions include serving as a Leisure Educator at Thomas Adventures in Life Long Learning Institute, where coordination of recreational programs for young adults with disabilities was a key focus, and as a Service Coordinator for the State of Kentucky CHFS First Steps, specializing in the coordination of services for children with developmental delays. Kristen holds a Master of Arts in Integrative Studies with a focus on Disability Sexuality Education from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Indiana University Bloomington.
