Devona Stripling

Devona Stripling is the Director of the Women Excel Program and Diverse by Design at Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. Prior to this role, Devona served as the Women Excel Program Manager at the same company. With over 3 years of experience as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at TriHealth, Devona also worked as a Financial Counselor. Holding a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and an MBA in Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, Devona's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from College of Mt.St. Joseph and an Associate of Arts degree from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
