Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Cincinnati Works is responsible for guiding the organization's strategic direction and overall mission to combat poverty in the Tri-State area. Comprising key executives, including the Chief Development Officer, President & CEO, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer, this team collaborates to enhance job services, foster employer partnerships, and ensure sustainable funding and operational efficiency. They drive innovation and research initiatives to continuously improve the effectiveness of job readiness training and employment counseling programs.
