Mallory Geresy

Mallory Geresy is a seasoned sustainability and project management professional with experience as the Net Zero Project Manager and Zero Waste Manager at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden since June 2021. Prior to this role, Mallory served as a Supply Chain Coordinator, Zero Waste Assistant, and Lead Sustainability Intern at The Ohio State University from August 2017 to October 2021. Additionally, contributions include co-authoring a literature review on conservation capacity building for the Center for Biodiversity and Conservation and conducting research on behavioral enrichment for giraffes at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. Mallory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology and minors in Environment, Economics, Development and Sustainability, as well as Environmental Science, from The Ohio State University, complemented by a study abroad program focused on sustainability in Australia.
