Domenic Difrancesco

Domenic DiFrancesco has a diverse work experience. Domenic started their professional career as a Volunteer Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati in 2014, where they worked in various roles such as Research Assistant in the Cognitive Performance Lab and Brain Lab, as well as a Student Assistant at the Counseling Center Clinical Fellowship. In 2016, they became a Graduate Assistant at the university and also volunteered as a Human Resources Intern at Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio.

In 2019, Domenic joined Cincom Systems as an HR Specialist, later transitioning to the role of Human Resources Specialist. In this position, they are responsible for managing HR activities and providing support to the organization. Additionally, they have also worked part-time as a Staff member at Talbert House since 2014. Throughout their career, Domenic has gained expertise in various HR functions and has been actively involved in research and volunteer work in the field of Human Resources.

Domenic DiFrancesco's education history is as follows: they obtained their high school diploma from Cincinnati Country Day School from 2008 to 2012. Domenic then went on to the University of Cincinnati, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish, which they completed from 2012 to 2016. Subsequently, Domenic pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Cincinnati from 2016 to 2017.

In addition to their academic degrees, Domenic has also obtained several certifications. In October 2018, they obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Furthermore, they completed a foundation program in data science from GreyCampus in February 2021. Additionally, Domenic has completed various online courses including SQL Essential Training, Organizational Culture, Recruiting Foundations, and Talent Management, all of which were obtained from LinkedIn.
