Julia Berning, MSHRM, serves as the Global Director of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Development at Cincom Systems since March 2011, focusing on talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and succession management. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Recruiter at Total Quality Logistics and Staffing Manager at Robert Half International, in addition to positions at Fliehman & Associates, ERP Suites, Jack of All Games, and the Cincinnati Reds. Julia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.
