Nicole Morrett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and organizational behavior. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Talent Advancement, Engagement and Inclusion at The Timken Company since May 2018, Nicole previously held managerial roles in talent management and learning development at Swagelok and Nestlé. Nicole's expertise includes supervising training and performance improvement initiatives and developing strategic partnerships. A co-founder of Experience BTG, Inc., Nicole played a significant role in offering innovative training solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Certificate in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Master's Degree in Management from Harvard Extension School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
