Bill Chou

Bill Chou began their work experience in 2008 as a Software Firmware Engineer at Keithley Instruments. Bill was responsible for designing and implementing solutions for software and firmware issues. In 2009, they transitioned to ASML as a Software Engineer. Bill worked in this role until 2013 when they joined Elytone Electronic Co., Ltd. as an R&D Manager. At Elytone, they remained until 2018 when they joined Cincon Electronics Co., Ltd. as the Special Assistant To The President. In 2020, they were promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing Development at Cincon Electronics.

Bill Chou has a strong educational background in both the fields of electrical computer engineering and physics/philosophy. Bill obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics and Philosophy from National Taiwan University, where they studied between 1998 and 2003. Bill further pursued their education at Carnegie Mellon University and successfully completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Computer Engineering between 2006 and 2008.
