Yuliia Kondratenko

Yuliia Kondratenko is an experienced product designer currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Cinderblock since January 2024. Prior to this role, Yuliia held the position of Senior Product Designer at Beetroot from February to December 2023, where collaboration with the Creative Director focused on developing a seamless user experience and elegant user interface for a mobile app in the cultural exchange sector. Yuliia's design leadership continued at ReviewForest as Lead Product Designer, overseeing a design team and establishing effective workflows with the development team while conducting routine Design QA. Earlier experience includes a role as Design Consultant at Finspire Technology, where Yuliia mentored a team of designers and enhanced design-business processes, and as Product Designer at Heyman AI Limited, where Yuliia designed a fintech product in an Agile environment.
