Anupama Silva

Anupama Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management and consultancy. Currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at CINEC Campus and as Chief Technology Officer at Synergy Tech Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd since October 2022, Anupama has also been a member of the Department Industry Consultative Board for Electrical & Electronic Engineering at SLIIT since January 2021. Notable past roles include Chief of Staff and Strategy Consultant at XdotO Concepts, where a focus on systematic and objective-oriented organizational evolution was emphasized, and Senior Manager - Projects at Hutch Sri Lanka, overseeing technology and network projects. Anupama's tenure at Dialog Axiata PLC spanned from 2004 to 2019, where significant responsibilities included managing pre-sales, sales, and post-sales delivery for tele-infrastructure, as well as overseeing the deployment of nationwide fiber backbone networks. Anupama holds a B.Sc. in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and an M.Sc. in Electrical Installations from the University of Moratuwa, along with an MBA focused on Human Resources Management from The ICFAI University.
