Weiting Liu

Weiting Liu is a professional in the media and film industry with extensive experience in reviewing, curating, and directing film festivals. Currently serving as a Media Reviewer/Consultant at Common Sense Media since June 2023, Weiting Liu has previously worked as a Film Festival Programmer for CineCina, focusing on arthouse Chinese cinema since July 2020. From September 2015 to April 2017, Weiting Liu held the position of Film Festival Director at the Los Angeles International Culture Film Festival, leading the festival committee. Weiting Liu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Communication Studies with a minor in Film, Television, and Digital Media from UCLA, and a Master of Arts in Film Studies from Dodge College of Film and Media Arts.
