Caren Bedard

Caren Bedard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Caren began their career as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG from September 1996 to May 1999. Caren then joined Pizza Hut as a Balance Sheet Accountant from May 1999 to February 2001. Following that, they worked at DG Systems, Inc. as an Assistant Controller from February 2001 to August 2003. Caren then moved to Cinemark, where they held various roles including Manager of SEC Reporting from August 2003 to January 2008, Director of Financial Reporting and Compliance from January 2008 to February 2014, VP of Controllership & Treasury Operations from February 2014 to July 2020, and most recently SVP Global Controller & Treasury since July 2020.

Caren Bedard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bryant University in 1996. Caren also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, which was obtained from the State of Rhode Island in 1997.
