Paulo Rego

Paulo Rego's work experience includes serving as the Director of International Quality Assurance/Technology Operations Presentation at Cinemark since April 2019. Prior to that, they were an Associate at DSM, a concierge consulting firm specializing in services for hospitality and small businesses, from October 2016 to February 2019. Paulo also worked as the Director of Operations KFC & Pizza Hut at Yum! Brands from October 2014 to September 2016. From September 1996 to October 2014, they served as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at Cinemark Brasil, leading nationwide operations and human resources programs. In this role, they developed strategies and policies to improve quality standards, implemented career progression strategies, and created training programs for over 4,000 employees.

Paulo Rego obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications - Radio, Television, and Cinema from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, graduating in 1993. Paulo also completed a Post-Graduation in Journalistic Communication from Fundação Cásper Líbero in 1995. In 2013, Paulo Rego pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management / Leadership and management people from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completing it in 2014. Paulo Rego attended Colégio Santa Maria, São Paulo - Brasil, for their Fundamental and High School education from 1977 to 1988. Additionally, Paulo Rego holds a DISC Expert Certification from Thomas Consulting International.
