Renae Rupert

Renae Rupert is a seasoned learning and development professional with a diverse background in training and management. Currently serving as a Learning Program Manager at Cinemark, Renae has previously held leadership roles at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation® as AVP of Learning and Learning Manager, as well as at Carrington Mortgage Services where Renae progressed from Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Supervisor and eventually Training and Development Specialist II. Renae holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis.
