Amy Byars

Amy Byars is currently the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience at Cineplex. Prior to this role, Amy has held various HR and talent management positions at MLSE, BMO Financial Group, and Manulife Financial. Amy has extensive experience in system administration, global HR systems, talent management, and recruitment operations analysis. Amy also has a background in executive assistance and program management from their time at Starbucks Coffee Canada. Amy is currently pursuing a HR Management Certificate Program at George Brown College to further enhance their skills in the field.
