Charlie Arizmendi

Charlie Arizmendi is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary at Cineplex since May 2019, Charlie previously held the position of Regional Culinary Manager and amassed significant experience at Cara Operations from April 2004 to May 2019 as the Manager of Culinary Excellence and Chef. Earlier career roles include Cook at Dr.generosity and Wolfgang Puck's, along with Cook positions at King Edward Hotel and Jump. Charlie's formal culinary education was completed at Humber College from 2000 to 2002.
