James Prpa

James Prpa is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as the Director of End User Technical Support at Cineplex since June 2015, James has held multiple roles including Senior Manager and System Center Administrator, managing client and server infrastructures, troubleshooting complex system issues, and overseeing enterprise deployments. Prior experience includes supporting multi-tenant environments at Paradigm Network Solutions and IT analysis at 2e2 and NHS Islington, where management of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange formed key responsibilities. James possesses expertise in SQL administration, mobile device management, and service deployment methodologies, ensuring high system reliability and optimization across diverse organizations.
