Ryan Guinn

Ryan Guinn has extensive work experience in the technology and entertainment industries. Ryan started their career as a Network Administrator at Pronto Photo / Instapics.com in 2003. Ryan then worked as a Field Technician at Ronin Group / EDS before becoming a General Manager at UltraStar Cinemas, where they managed a team of 20 people per location.

In 2006, Ryan joined Boink Systems Inc as a Parts Manager / Senior Field Technician, supporting customers with onsite and phone tech support. Ryan also worked with vendors to resolve issues and redesigned the parts department.

Ryan then worked at Galaxy Theatres as a Lead Manager (Assistant General Manager), responsible for managing three managers and a 30-floor staff. Ryan handled customer support, hiring, termination, payroll, scheduling, ordering, and inventory. Ryan also troubleshooted and maintained the ATM and computers on-site.

From 2010 to 2013, Ryan worked at Apple, starting as an Enterprise Support member and eventually becoming a Tier 2 Senior Advisor. Ryan provided support for various Apple products, including CPUs, iPods, iPhones, iMacs, MacBooks, and Apple routers. Ryan also supported Windows systems and provided server and AD support.

After their time at Apple, Ryan worked as an IT Manager at Moviehouse & Eatery before becoming the President and CEO of GDC Creations, a technology company specializing in network services, PC/Mac services, WiFi placement, and security services.

Most recently, Ryan joined Cinépolis Cinemas USA as the Senior IT Manager and Head of IT USA in 2014. Specific roles and responsibilities in this position are not provided, but it can be assumed that they oversee the IT department and manages IT operations for the company.

Ryan Guinn completed their high school education at Eisenhower Senior High School from 1998 to 2001, earning a High School Diploma. Ryan then pursued further education at Brooks College from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Network Technology with a focus on Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Ryan Guinn also obtained a certification as a Freshdesk product expert from Freshworks in March 2019.
