Hitesh Bedi

Hitesh Bedi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Hitesh is currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Cinépolis India since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Doctoral Student at the Swiss School of Business and Management in 2021.

Hitesh has a long history with Ericsson, starting as an Engineer in 2009 before progressing to various managerial positions. Hitesh served as a Program Manager in the areas of IT modernization, automation, and AI, IT security and transformation, and ITSP4.0 transformation. Hitesh successfully implemented various strategic programs to strengthen Ericsson's security posture, insourced enterprise applications, and led the digital transition and transformation initiatives. Hitesh also set up the first IT delivery center within Ericsson for Application Operations.

Before joining Ericsson, Hitesh worked at Tata Teleservices as an Assistant Manager for GSM Operations and Assistant Switch Lead at the Regional NOC North. Hitesh completed projects related to increasing channel capacity and implementing TRD as per corporate guidelines.

Hitesh started their career as an Engineer at RT E-Services Pvt. Ltd, where they focused on troubleshooting networks, systems, and applications.

Hitesh Bedi obtained a Doctorate degree in Strategic leadership from the Swiss School of Business and Management from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed a PGDBA degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning from 2007 to 2009. Hitesh also holds a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication from Hindu College of Engineering, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Hitesh attended Campus School CCS HAU Hisar for their higher secondary education in Science from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, they completed their secondary school education at Campus School CCS HAU Hisar in 2001. Hitesh also has various certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, CCNA from Cisco, and Ericsson IP Certified from LM Ericsson Sweden, among others.
