Fulgence Goueu has been working at CINETPAY since 2020, first as a Commercial B2B and Support Sales, and currently as a Sales Executive since 2022.

Fulgence Goueu obtained a Licence professionnelle in Marketing from Agitel formation in 2021. From 2015 to 2019, they obtained a Licence en Économie from Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny, majoring in Économie de développement. In 2014-2015, they attended Collège Saint Trinité Issia and obtained their Baccalauréat.
