Marc Arthur Oulaye has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Marc arthur began as a Stagiaire at the Port Autonome d'Abidjan (PAA) in 2014, followed by an Assistant Helpdesk role at Orange in the same year. In 2017, they took on a Support Technique Informatique role at COGEMIC, as well as a CENSUS TAKER role at Nielsen. In 2018, they worked as an Assitant Projet and Analyse de Données at Orange / iss. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Information Technology Help Desk Support at the African Development Bank Group, and is currently a Helpdesk IT / Merchand Support Engineer at CINETPAY.

Marc Arthur Oulaye has a diverse educational background. In 2010, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technologies from EST LOKO. Marc arthur then went on to complete a BTS in Reseau Informatique et Telecom from the same institution in 2011-2013. In 2015-2016, they completed a Professional License in Networking of Computer Systems and Telecommunications from Hetec. From 2018-2020, they completed a Master's Degree in Network and System Administration from EDHEC. Marc arthur also obtained a Certification in Cisco Technologies from NYS AFRICA in 2017. Most recently, they obtained a Certificate in Computer System Security from FORTINET in 2020-2022.
