Alicia Wheeler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alicia started their career as a Bookseller/Cash Lead/Department Manager at Barnes & Noble, where they were involved in managing the store and providing customer service. Alicia then worked as an HR Coordinator/Facilities Assistant at Helio/Virgin Mobile/Sprint, where they maintained employee files, conducted compliance audits, and provided overall support for the HR department. After that, they joined deviantART, Inc. as an HR Associate, where they handled recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement. Following this, they worked as an HR Consultant, providing HR consulting and temporary services in areas such as talent acquisition and compensation. Alicia then joined phenomenon as an HR Generalist, gaining experience in various HR disciplines and also being part of their Social Media Team. Most recently, they worked at Barclay Publicity as a Publicist, where they researched promotional opportunities, managed social media presence for clients, and provided administrative support. Currently, Alicia is working as the Director of People & Operations at Cineverse.
