Lauren Nennig Tucker

Lauren Nennig Tucker currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Total Rewards at Regal Cineworld Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren held multiple positions at Sealed Air Corporation from August 2015 to September 2025, including Vice President of Global Total Rewards and Executive Director of Executive Compensation and Global Mobility, where responsibilities included advising the global Human Resources Leadership Team and managing executive compensation matters. Lauren's earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Benefitfocus and Husqvarna, focusing on commercial transactions, labor and employment issues, and corporate governance. Lauren began a career in law as a Project Assistant at Eppstein Uhen Architects and furthered education with an M.B.A. in International Business from the University of South Carolina, a Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
