Lauren Townsend

Lauren Townsend has a diverse work experience in marketing and strategy roles. Lauren currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Cinfed Credit Union since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AAA Club Alliance as the Managing Director of Marketing Strategy from October 2021 to July 2022, and as the Director of Marketing Strategy from January 2017 to April 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Marketing at AAA Allied Group from May 2014 to January 2017. Lauren's earlier experience includes various roles at U.S. Bank, where they held positions such as Vice President, Director of Digital Creative from May 2010 to April 2014, Assistant Vice President, Regional Marketing Director from June 2007 to May 2010, Officer, Deposit Product Marketing from May 2004 to June 2007, and Regional Marketing Coordinator from October 2001 to May 2004. Lauren also worked as an Account Executive at Northlich from May 2000 to October 2001, and as an Assistant Account Executive at WonderGroup from February 1999 to May 2000, where they handled strategic direction and creative development for integrated marketing efforts for clients like Chiquita Banana.

Lauren Townsend attended Miami University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing.
