CInI - Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives, Tata Trusts
Dr. Niharika Dubey is currently serving as a District Consultant for CInI - Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives at Tata Trusts, where the focus is on transforming Aayushman Bharat - Health and Wellness Centres into model facilities in Umaria, Madhya Pradesh, in collaboration with government stakeholders and Community Health Officers. Previous experience includes roles such as Team Lead for the BTN - Boosting TB Notification campaign under CETI, Quality Improvement Counsellor at Medicover Hospitals, and various internships in social work and healthcare quality assurance. Dr. Dubey holds an MBA in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore, along with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and a BBA in Health Care Management from Capital University Jharkhand and DAVV respectively.

We aim to understand the aspirations of communities to bring a change and build a fostering ecosystem. Over the years, our programs - Livelihoods, WATSAN (water, sanitation & hygiene), Education, Sports, and SustainPlus, have been designed thematically to aid livelihoods and development.
