Kip Serfozo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on foodservice concept development and design. Kip began their career at Marriott International, where they served as an Assistant Banquet Manager. Kip then moved on to Purdue University, where they worked as a Restaurant Operations Instructor, teaching students how to manage fine dining operations. After that, they joined Peter's Restaurant Inc. as the Director of Restaurant Concept Development, where they were responsible for preparing business plans and establishing a human resources department. Kip then transitioned to Aladdin Temp-Rite, where they worked as a Project Manager, specializing in Cook-Chill Technology. Here, they conducted feasibility studies and assisted foodservice operations management teams in implementing cook-chill meal delivery systems. Kip then joined Cini-Little International, where they held the position of Senior Associate. Kip was a key member of the design team, overseeing interior design for restaurant concepts and managing design projects from planning to construction. Kip later joined Camacho, a high-profile consulting firm serving the hospitality industry, as the Managing Director. In this role, they managed consulting activities for over 160 projects per year, totaling over $1.6 million. In 2018, Kip returned to Cini-Little International, this time as the Director of Design.
