Kimmo Halonen

Kimmo Halonen is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in both software development and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Cinia since May 2018, Kimmo has contributed as a Product Owner and Scrum Master, focusing on project resource and budget planning, cost management, and reporting. Prior to this role, Kimmo was a Front End Developer at Insta DefSec Oy, specializing in agile web development with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. At Microsoft, Kimmo held multiple specialist roles, including Lab Manager for product acceptance testing and Project Lead for product certification, achieving GSMA accreditation for mobile platforms. With a strong foundation from Nokia, where Kimmo led standardization activities and maintained performance management platforms, Kimmo's career is supported by a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Tampere University of Technology.
