Chris L Gorman

Chris L. Gorman has over 25 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Chris L. began their career in 1994 as a Software Engineer at TCI Software. In 1996, they joined Intel Corp. as a Sr. Graphics Software Architect. In 2009, they became the CTO of Cinnafilm, Inc., where they lead the engineering team and develops high-end products for broadcast and film industries using GPU technologies. These products include framerate conversion, repair of broken pulldown cadence, conversion of SDR to HDR, removal of film grain while preserving detail, and simulation of new film grain.

Chris L. Gorman graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Chris L. then earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2008.
