Nicole Solheim

Nicole Solheim has a diverse work experience in the field of affordable housing and real estate development. Nicole is currently working as the Vice President of Development at Cinnaire Solutions since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, Inc. from February 2020 to February 2021. In this role, they focused on program administration, real estate development, and property management, as well as housing advocacy and establishing public/private partnerships.
