Adithya Sooriarachchi

Adithya Sooriarachchi currently serves as the Executive Learning and Development Consultant at Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Content Writer at VPS Research Consultants from January to June 2021, where responsibilities involved creating web content, blog posts, and social media material for educational institutes. Adithya is pursuing a BA (Hons) in International Business Administration from the University of the People, expected to complete in October 2024, and holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Management from the University of West London. Additionally, an Advanced National Diploma in Human Resources Management has been obtained from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka), completed in June 2023. Early education was completed at Yasodara Vidyalaya and JMC International College.
