Lou Santiago

Lou Santiago has a diverse range of work experience. From 1989 to 2018, Lou Santiago owned and operated Lou Santiago Insurance, where they excelled as a top national agent and operations manager. During this time, they focused on creating efficient systems and optimizing productivity while expanding their business as a commissioned sales professional of personalized insurance and financial services.

In 2018, Lou changed their career path and became the Chief Financial Officer at G-Health Enterprises, also known as Greater Buffalo United Accountable Healthcare Network (GBUAHN). In their role, they worked to change the throughput for healthcare delivery in Western NY by combining the strength of an Independent Practice Association with GBUAHN's care coordination services.

Most recently, Lou Santiago joined CINQCARE in 2021 as CFO at CINQ-NY. This position allows him to be part of a team that is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Black and Brown individuals in their homes and community.
