Rashawn Smalls

Rashawn Smalls is a skilled project manager currently with CINQCARE since July 2024, previously serving as a program manager at Cicatelli Associates Inc. from August 2020 to July 2024, where significant achievements included advocating for the adoption of 50 tobacco policies and designing educational presentations on health-related topics. Prior experience includes a role as program coordinator at The Osborne Association, where efforts focused on supporting children of incarcerated parents through training and program development, and as a case manager at Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers, where comprehensive case management services were provided for youth.
