Andrew Collier has extensive experience in management and organizational development, currently serving as General Manager at Cintas since August 2014, where responsibilities include budget management, employee training, and contract negotiations. Previously, Andrew held roles such as Training and Implementation Director, overseeing ERP implementation for a major division, and Service Manager, focusing on customer service excellence. Prior military experience in the Ohio Army National Guard as an E5 Sergeant included leadership in high-stress situations and post-mission evaluations. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, obtained in 2013.
