Jessica Watson

Jessica Watson is a seasoned retail and operations leader with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as General Manager at Cintas since January 2022, Jessica has held previous roles in operations and service management. Prior experience at Target from March 2015 to January 2022 includes positions as Store Director and Human Resources Executive, where Jessica excelled in employee development and operational efficiency. Before that, Jessica worked at American Eagle Outfitters from August 2007 to March 2015, advancing from Sales Associate to Store Manager while successfully implementing initiatives that improved team performance and customer service. Jessica holds a BA in Communication and Art from the University of Iowa, earned in 2010.
