Karin Peña

Karin Peña is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and compliance management, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Cintas First Aid & Safety. From 2019 to 2023, Karin held several key positions at Cintas, including Regional Training and Compliance Manager, Director of Training & Compliance, and Training and Compliance Supervisor. Prior to this, Karin served in the US Army and the United States Army Reserve, holding roles such as Aide de Camp and Human Resource Officer. Karin is also pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership at the Soldier Support Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Biology at The University of Texas at San Antonio.
