Meredith Nosworthy

Meredith Nosworthy, CPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Director for First Aid and Safety at Cintas since July 2016, with previous experience as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to Cintas, Meredith held the position of General Manager at Victoria's Secret, overseeing a large team to enhance sales and customer service. Experience as a Store Manager at Target involved leading a substantial team and fostering talent development, while earlier roles at Walmart included various managerial positions focusing on training and operational efficiency. Meredith’s career began as an Instructor Trainer at the Canadian Red Cross, and academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Dalhousie University.
