Mike Gibson

Mike Gibson is currently the General Manager of the Cintas operation in Charlotte, NC. Raised in the United States, Canada, and Belgium, Mike attended Clemson University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration in 2014. Mike began their career at Cintas as a Management Trainee in Charleston, SC, and has held various roles including Sales Professional, Service Manager, and Service Director, ultimately becoming a General Manager. Mike has received multiple Outstanding Achievement Awards for their leadership and is passionate about developing others and positively impacting careers. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with their wife and three daughters, as well as engaging in travel, sports, and community activities.
