Pearson Harris

Pearson Harris is a Business Management student at The University of Memphis, expected to graduate in May 2025. As an Undergraduate Orientation Guide since November 2022, Pearson has welcomed 2,300 incoming freshmen and their families, while developing strong interpersonal skills to facilitate summer orientation sessions. In the role of Vice President of Public Relations for the Interfraternity Council, Pearson manages the council's Instagram page to keep the community informed about events and updates. Additionally, Pearson works as a Bagroom Attendant at Chickasaw Country Club, ensuring excellent service for over 600 members and maintaining golf cart operations. Pearson also holds leadership positions in Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., serving as Recruitment Chair and Involvement Chair, where responsibilities include planning recruitment events and encouraging member engagement in campus organizations. Previous experience includes working as a Custom Design Specialist at The Shirt Place, focusing on custom design curation and customer communication.
