Rick Allen

Rick Allen is the Director of Field Support Services at Cintas Corporation, where they lead a team of over 100 employee-partners in a call center environment. With more than 20 years of experience, they possess expertise in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and process improvement. Previously, Rick held various roles, including Treasury Management Officer at Bank of America and Director of Sales Support at McKesson Corporation. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
