Maria Mullen

Maria Mullen is an experienced executive with a strong background in field support services and customer experience. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Field Support Services and Sr. Director of Team Member Experience at Sono Bello since December 2021, Mullen also acts as a Strategic Advisor for Thomas-Hendrickson Inc. Mullen's previous roles include advising for Kadeya and SmileyAnswers™, and serving as VP for DS Services, where responsibilities included managing exchange operations and partnership strategies. At Primo Water Corporation, Mullen built a robust customer experience capability and led a diverse array of functions. Previous leadership positions at Outerwall, The Dannon Company, Electronic Arts, and ConAgra Foods further highlight Mullen's expertise in strategic capabilities and team management. Mullen holds a BA in Journalism from Penn State University.
