Tom Fithen

Tom Fithen is an experienced fire alarm technician with a career spanning over two decades in the fire protection industry. Currently serving as Lead Fire Alarm Tech at Cintas Fire Protection since April 2013, Tom consistently ranks in the top 10% of Cintas Repair Techs nationwide and specializes in installing, troubleshooting, and programming diverse fire alarm systems while reviewing plans for installations. Previous roles include Fire Alarm Tech/Project Manager at Benson Systems, where Tom managed fire alarm installations and inspections, and Fire Alarm/Low Voltage Technician at Tri-Signal Integration, focusing on high-rise systems. Tom's extensive background also includes early positions at Target and Mervyn’s, contributing to alarm system maintenance and asset protection. Tom holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in History and Engineering from Pierce College and graduated from Bad Kreuznach American High School.
