Nicolás Kutalek

Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer currently working at SMART Technologies since July 2010, contributing to the development of hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Previously, Chris served as a firmware engineer at SMART Technologies, focusing on firmware and diagnostic tools for similar products. Prior experience includes roles as an electronics contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, where Chris designed and repaired educational devices, and as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary, supporting engineering labs and assessments. Earlier in the career, Chris worked as an electronics engineer at Grindcom, designing control systems for forestry harvester units. Chris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
