Ramana Rao

Ramana Rao has extensive experience in operations management within the technology and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as Head of India Operations at Jobiak since April 2018, Ramana leads initiatives for an AI-based recruitment marketing platform that enhances job visibility on Google for Jobs. Concurrently, Ramana also heads India Operations at Cintell, overseeing a cloud-based customer intelligence platform aimed at enhancing buyer understanding. Previous roles include leadership positions at Dragonfly Data Factory, Monster, Gozaik, XpertTech Inc., and Samzo Inc., demonstrating a strong background in staffing, recruiting, and business operations. Ramana holds an engineering degree in Electronics from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
