David Kachmar

David Kachmar has extensive experience in the IT services industry, with a focus on federal Defense contracts. David served as the Director of Cinteot Inc. from January 2017 onwards, where they successfully managed the IT services vertical and led a team of 70 federal contract employees. David'sresponsibilities included qualifying opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, developing teaming strategies, and mentoring non-BD Managers. David also oversaw the program management office and ensured clear communication and delivery to large partners such as Booz Allen, Peraton, Lockheed, Northrop, and BAE.
