J.B. Kropp has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career in 2010 as a Co-Founder and Board Member for The Brandery, a consumer marketing venture accelerator. In 2012, they became a Co-Manager at Vine St. Ventures. In 2018, Kropp joined Main Street Ventures as a Board Member and Co-Founder, supporting emerging businesses and promoting STEM talent collaboration. They also worked as a VP of Corporate Development at The Gorilla Glue Company from 2018 to 2020, responsible for expanding the company's portfolio. Additionally, Kropp was the Founder of George Remus Bourbon, a role they held until 2021. In 2022, they served as the CEO and Board Member for Double Cross Vodka.
