Clarissa Barnicot

Clarissa Barnicot is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in transaction services and investment accounting. Currently serving as Transaction Services Financial Controller at Cinven since February 2021, Clarissa has previously held roles as Transaction Services Manager and Finance Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining Cinven, Clarissa worked at Blue Coast Capital from June 2014 to February 2021 as a Senior Investment Accountant and Investment Accountant. Earlier career experience includes a position as Finance Assistant at ITAB UK from September 2012 to June 2014. Educational qualifications comprise ACCA credentials and CFA Institute Levels I-III examinations, coupled with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
