William (Bill) Garrett

William (Bill) Garrett has over 30 years of work experience in the real estate industry. William (Bill) began their career in 1986 as President of Compass Holdings, Inc. In 1997, they became Vice President of Archstone Communities and Chief Operating Officer of Spectrum Apartment Locators. In 1998, they were appointed a Board Member of Myriad Development Inc. In 2000, they became President of Apartment Search. In 2002, they were appointed VP Strategic Implementation of Relocation Central by CORT and Designated Broker of CORT - A Berkshire Hathaway Company. In 2006, they became Chief Operating Officer of ProVest. In 2010, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of CIO Technology Solutions and Designated Broker of Laramar Group. William (Bill) has also been a McCoy College Advisory Board Member of Texas State University since 2003.

William (Bill) Garrett obtained their MBA from Texas State University between 1993 and 1996. William (Bill) previously obtained their BBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 1982 and 1986.
